- • All regular priced items are subject to a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange within 21 days from the date your order was originally received.
- • Sale items are only subject to exchange/store credit unless otherwise stated.
- • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
- • Customer is responsible for paying returning shipping.
- • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

A Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you by email within 2-3 business days. Once received, please print and send it along with the original invoice and the goods you wish to return. The RMA number is valid for a period of 14 days, so please be sure to process your return immediately. Returns received without an online account cannot be processed. Please note that returns may take up to 5 business days for processing once received. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified by email and issued a refund or online store credit to apply to your next purchase.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- • Loss or damage of merchandise while in customer`s possession (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents).
- • Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in a non-salable condition.
- • It has passed 21 days since the original merchandise delivery date. Please refer to our customer return policy.
Returns must be in original condition, never worn, with all original packaging, including the original invoice and the RMA. We will not be able to accept merchandise that is not received in the above specified conditions.

Orders require 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 2 PM (PST) begin processing the next business day. Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery
